I’m a general contractor and was looking to build a new single family home but did not have a builders license and was trying to find a good and reputable builder to handle the project . I reached out to a few builders including Geiss custom home builders and within a short period of time cliff Geiss returned my call he was professional as we discussed the project. We met a few days later at the site cliff was warm , friendly and very generous with his time . He asked questions and provided valuable information that I was not aware of , he had his representative from 84 lumber provide a full materials list of windows and building materials with pricing . Cliff is the salt of the earth a first rate human being and I will be forever grateful for having the pleasure of meeting him.
